The Pre-Visit
Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure your visit is smooth and tailored to your needs, please take a moment to complete our Digital Consultation form. This form helps us understand your hair history and preferences, allowing us to better prepare for your appointment.
Appointment Scheduling: After submitting your consultation form, a stylist will reach out to you via phone or text message to schedule your appointment. We'll confirm the date, time, and services requested to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your expectations.
Location and Parking: You can find us conveniently located at: 52 South Main Street, Madisonville, KY.
We're directly across from Green's Steakhouse, with ample parking available in the McGary parking lot adjacent to our building. If these spots are full, street parking or the old courthouse lot nearby are also options. To ensure the comfort of all our clients, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing guests with you to the salon unless absolutely necessary, as we have limited seating and waiting areas available.
What to Wear: For your comfort and to protect your clothing, we recommend avoiding your best or favorite attire. While we take every precaution to prevent stains or bleaching, accidents can happen. Please refrain from wearing hoodies or jackets with hoods, as they may interfere with certain salon services.
Warm Welcome and Refreshments: Upon arrival, you'll be greeted warmly by our team. Complimentary snacks and beverages are available to make your visit even more enjoyable.
The Consultation
After you are greeted by your stylist and escorted to your chair, your stylist will review your consultation form with you that you filled out digitally. The stylist will then assess your hair's condition, texture, and current style to understand its current state and potential for the desired service.
You'll be asked probing questions to clarify what you hope to achieve by discussing preferences for style. color, length, maintenance, and any specific concerns or limitations. based on your input and hair assessment your stylist will provide expert recommendations that align with your preference and hair type.
Maintenance required for the chosen service will be discussed as well as tips provided on how to care for and style the hair post service to maintain its health and look. Clear and realistic expectations are set regarding the results achievable in one session will be set, especially for significant changes like color correction, blonding services, or dramatic cuts.
Your stylist will summarize the agreed upon service plan including the technique to be used, products involved, after care, and estimated duration and cost of the appointment. You will have time to ask any remaining questions or voice any concerns before proceeding with the appointment.

After Goodbye, the journey to great hair doesn’t end when you walk out our door. We believe in the lasting impact of a great hairstyle—that confident strut, the extra smile in the mirror, and the compliments that follow. Remember, your hair is your best accessory, and we’ve tailored it just for you.
Post-Appointment Hair Care

Washing: Wait at least 48 hours before washing your hair to let the color or treatment set. Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners to prolong your results. You should avoid dipping your hair in the pool or hot tub for this amount of time as well.

Styling: Use heat protectant sprays before using any heat styling tools. Avoid excessive heat to keep your hair looking healthy and vibrant.

Extensions: If you have custom beaded row hair extensions, brush gently and avoid tugging. Follow any specific care instructions provided during your appointment.
