Do you take walk-in's?
We are all independent stylists, each with our own unique schedules and services. To ensure you receive the best possible experience, appointments are recommended. This allows us to accommodate your needs and provide personalized attention tailored to your hair goals. Please contact your preferred stylist directly to schedule an appointment that fits your schedule.
How do I book an appointment?
If you're unsure which stylist would best suit your needs, we recommend filling out our Salon Digital Consultation form. Click on "New clients book here" in the top right-hand corner of our website to get started.
If you already know which stylist you'd like to book with, simply navigate to the "Stylists" tab, find their profile, and click on their personal booking link.
How do I choose the right service?
Start with a consultation with one of our experienced stylists. They can assess your hair type, discuss your desired look, and recommend suitable services.
What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client.

Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our stylists' availability.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps compensate our stylists for their time and the lost opportunity to accommodate other clients.

Please note that each of our stylists operates independently and may have their own cancellation policies and fees. We recommend contacting your stylist directly to inquire about their specific policies regarding cancellations and any associated fees.
